Fresh prawns spring rolls

Fresh spring rolls with prawns, avocado, mango and peanut and Hoisin dip


  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 mango
  • 2 carrots

  • 100 gr peanuts
  • 2 dl Hoisin sauce

  • 12 sheets rice paper
  • 400 gr Norwegian premium peeled prawns


Peel and cut 1 cucumber, 1 mango and 2 carrots into thin strips. I'm done with this step
Finely chop 100 gr of peanuts and mix with 2 dl Hoisin sauce and place in a bowl. I'm done with this step
Moisten the sheets of rice paper one at a time and when they are soft, place some prawns and vegetables in the middle of the sheet, then roll to make a spring roll. Repeat 11 times. I'm done with this step
Serve the fresh spring rolls with the peanut and Hoisin dipping sauce. I'm done with this step
