Golden Prawn

Coldwater prawns – or Pandalus borealis as they are called in Latin – are unique. “Borealis” means northern and refers to the fact that these prawns come from far northern waters where sea temperatures are between one and six degrees Celsius. Coldwater prawns are caught in clean, deep waters and have a quality and purity that few other products in the world can boast. Coldwater prawns taste great together with exotic spices in both hot and cold dishes.
